• Review the Convocation Ceremony event information to determine which ceremony to attend and when to be there.

• Grande Prairie Convocation: Request tickets for your guests and inform them of the event details, parking information and when to be there.
• Fairview Convocation: Confirm guest attendance as requested.
• Clear any outstanding tuition or housing fees and other charges.
• Check your student email for updates and review the ceremony information, so you fully understand what is involved in Convocation.
