Requesting NWP Transcripts

Get Your Official Transcripts Through MyCreds™

Northwestern Polytechnic has partnered with MyCreds™ to streamline the process for requesting and receiving transcripts. MyCreds™️ is the official online document-sharing system of the Association of Registrars of the Universities and Colleges of Canada (ARUCC).

NWP students and alumni can now access transcripts through MyCreds™, a secure, online, password-protected learner credential wallet that allows you to view and share your educational credentials anytime, anywhere.

Important Changes to Note

NWP no longer issues hard copies of transcripts. All transcripts are uploaded directly to MyCreds™.

NWP no longer sends transcripts on behalf of students. It is now the students responsibility to send or share transcripts through their MyCreds™ account.

Students will purchase non-refundable share credits through MyCreds™ to view and share their transcript. The cost to share a transcript can be found in NWP’s Academic Calendar. Please be aware, the MyCreds™ platform will charge applicable provincial tax.

Requesting Your Transcripts

To request your transcript:

  1. Complete the Online Form.
  2. NWP will upload your transcript directly to MyCreds™ within 3-5 business days.
  3. When your transcript is available, you will receive an e-mail from MyCreds™ requesting you create an account.
  4. Once logged in, you must purchase non-refundable share credits to view and share your transcript.

NAIT Students

Students who attended classes on Fairview Campus before September 2009 must request their records from NAIT.

Apprentice Transcripts

Apprentices must go through Apprentice and Industry Training (AIT) to request transcripts.

Co-Curricular Recognition

Students who have participated in extracurricular activities, approved as recognized learning activities, may apply to have a co-curricular notation added to their transcript. The application form below must be completed and returned to the Registrar's Office by May 15th.
