NWP Students Win Business Case Competition

Thirteen was lucky for NWP, with Alberta’s newest polytechnic hosting the Alberta Deans of Business Case Competition for the first time in as many years.

Over the weekend, we witnessed the convergence of bright minds from around the province, alongside business deans, faculty, and exceptional student teams.

Dr. Jodi Peebles, Acting Dean of the School of Business, said, “A highlight of the weekend was being able to feature Nipiy Industries, a fantastic local Indigenous business owned by Jason Lizotte. The student teams showcased their strategic thinking, leadership, and innovation while providing Jason with impactful solutions and business ideas.”

Out of the 13 schools participating, Northwestern Polytechnic was crowned the 2024 Alberta Deans of Business Case Competition winner. Congratulations to this year’s team members:
