Smith Commits to MVB 2025-26 Season

Men's Volleyball recruit, Keon Smith
We are one semester closer to the 2025-2026 season, and Wolves Men’s Volleyball head coach Lindsey Habib is working on filling his roster. His most recent commitment is Keon Smith.
Smith is joining the pack from Ajax, Ontario, where he has had an impressive volleyball career thus far. In 2023, Smith brought home a silver medal from the Volleyball Canada Nationals and a bronze from the Ontario Volleyball Association (OVA) Provincials. At the same OVA Provincials the previous year, Smith brought home gold.
Growing and developing as a student and athlete is at the top of Smith’s list for what he is most looking forward to with his first season with the Wolves. “I chose NWP because the coaching staff and school will allow me to reach my potential,” he continues.
Coach Habib is excited to welcome Smith to the squad. “Keon is extremely quick and athletic. He has played in an 18U national Final and many other high level matches. He is a high energy infectious leader on the court. We look forward to seeing him integrate with our group for a strong second half.”
