Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2024-2025 NWP Wolves Men's Volleyball team. Northwestern Polytechnic is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolfpack member. Head Coach Lindsay Habib is excited to introduce recruits to the roster.
Meet Ryder Fenske.
Hailing from Holland Landing, Ontario, Fenske is most excited for the connections he's going to make joining the Wolves program. "Whether it's within the team, the classroom or in the community, I look forward to building these bonds that will last a lifetime."
Fenske had an impressive 2022-2023 season, being honoured with the OVA: Award of Excellence for Storm Volleyball Club and being named the MWP for St. Andrew's College Varsity Volleyball. He looks forward to continuing his volleyball career with the Wolves. "I chose NWP to excel in my academics to the highest potential and to involve myself into a great volleyball program."
Head Coach Lindsay Habib is looking forward to working with Fenske this upcoming season. "Ryder is a high energy player with a great work ethic," said Habib. "He will be a key contributor to our team culture and training environment. We expect Ryder to have an immediate impact on and off the court."
Fun fact about our newest wolfpack member: Fenske lived in California for almost a year and a half.
Welcome to the Pack, Ryder.
