Northwestern Polytechnic is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolf-pack member. Head Coach, Lauren Hale-Miller is excited to add recruits to the roster.
Meet Haley Demmans a multi-talented athlete from Nipawin, Saskatchewan who is excited to join the Wolves Women’s Volleyball team for the upcoming year.
Demmans brings with her an impressive athletic resume, including participating in the 2023 SHSAA 4A Senior Girls Provincial Gold with L.P. Miller Bears and played with the 2023 Saskatchewan Volleyball 17U Provincial Bronze with Huskies Volleyball club.
When asked why she chose NWP, Demmans explained that attending NWP allows her to work with coaching staff who work to connect with athletes, create good team dynamics, and make great players.
In her rookie year, Demmans is most excited for the opportunity to play collegiate volleyball and improve as an athlete.
Head Coach Lauren Hale-Miller is excited to work with Demmans, adding, “We are thrilled to welcome Haley to the Wolfpack. She is a dynamic and hard hitting outside that will fit into our line up easily. Along with her skill, Haley brings a hardworking and ready to learn attitude."
