GPRC Wolves Women's Volleyball New Recruit, Gabrielle Capelle.
Recruitment season is well underway for the 2021-22 GPRC Wolves Women’s Volleyball team. Head Coach, Lauren Hale-Miller is excited to add another talented recruit to the roster.
Meet Gabrielle Capelle.
Join the wolfpack from Dawson Creek, British Columbia, Capelle is looking forward to playing for a team that feels like home. “I chose GPRC because it offers you the opportunity to grow as a student and as an athlete. The values of the team are values that I cherish and strive to excel in. GPRC felt like home and I am so excited to be a Wolf.”
Capelle is bringing some awesome experience to the roster. In 2017, Capelle brought home a first place provincial championship title, as well as in 2017 and 2018, she placed first with her Team BC in the Zoom 8 Championships. Most recently in 2019, Capelle brought home a third place title from her high school’s provincial championships.
In her upcoming rookie season, Capelle is looking forward to opportunity ahead. “I am most excited for the opportunity to play volleyball and continue to learn more about the game, as well with meeting my teammates and coaches. Having this opportunity to attend post-secondary and do what I love is such a blessing.”
Head Coach, Lauren Hale-Miller is thrilled to add Capelle to the roster. “Gabby’s passion for the game and willingness to adapt will add tremendously to our program. On top of that, her strong defensive play will help lead the Wolves in the backcourt. I am excited to get her in the gym with us to keep progressing and adding to her toolbox.”
Welcome to the pack, Gabby.
