Welcome to the pack, Ryann Stasiak.
Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2021-22 GPRC Wolves Women’s Volleyball team. Head Coach, Lauren Hale-Miller is excited to add her first two recruits to the roster.
Meet Ryann Stasiak.
Hailing from Edmonton, Alberta, Stasiak is looking forward to further her volleyball and academic career at the College. “I chose GPRC because they have a very good, young, competitive team that I think I would be a good fit on. I have heard nothing but rave reviews about the coaching staff, the players, and the quality program GPRC puts on the court.”
Stasiak is joining the Wolves on the court after an already successful start to her volleyball career. Stasiak was honoured back-to-back as the FOG Volleyball Scholarship Winner in U14, 2017 and U15, 2018. She played in the Division 1 Metro Athletics City Championships in 2018, and her team took home bronze in the Clutch Volleyball All-Star Tournament in 2019.
In her upcoming rookie season, Stasiak is looking forward to improving her game and getting into the classroom to achieve the next steps to her Bachelor of Science in Nursing. “I am looking forward to training at the next level with the best players and coaching staff. I’m also looking forward to learning and improving on the court and in the classroom, where I am excited to have the opportunity to study for my dream career.”
Head Coach, Lauren Hale Miller is thrilled to add Stasiak to the roster. “We are excited to add Ryann to our roster next season. Ryann will bring a hard-working and ready to learn dynamic to our program. She is a talented young player who will add great depth to our roster.”
