Recruitment season continues for the 2020-21 GPRC Wolves Women’s Basketball team. Head Coach, Bill Bradley is excited to add another recruit to the roster.
The newest recruit to the team is Madigan Ewan.
Hailing from Valleyview, Alberta, Ewan is looking forward to pursue her athletic and academic aspirations. “I chose GPRC because of the athlete development, coaching staff and emphasis on academics. I am very excited to start my post secondary journey close to home,” says Ewan.
Ewan has played with the Hillside Jr/Sr High School Cougars from 2013 to 2019 and in 2019 joined the Edmonton Grads Youth Basketball Association.
When asked what Ewan is most looking forward to her rookie season, she’s excited to learn within the Wolves program. “I’m eager to develop and grow while on Coach Bradley’s team. He has created a unique culture within his program that I look forward to contribute to,” says Ewan.
Head Coach, Bill Bradley is thrilled to have Ewan join the roster. “I look forward to working with Madigan as she brings a much needed skill set to our program. We lacked size last season, and her 6 foot 2 frame will allow us to defend inside more effectively. Her father is a coach, so I look forward to seeing her basketball IQ on display.”
Welcome to the pack, Madigan.
