Cloe Troup commits to the 2020-21 Wolves Women's Soccer Program.
Recruitment continues for the 2020-21 soccer season. GPRC Wolves Men and Women’s Soccer Head Coach, Chris Morgan is pleased to welcome another recruit to the 2020-21 roster.
The most recent addition is local player, Cloë Troup.
Hailing from Grande Prairie, Alberta, Troup chose to enrol and play at GPRC as she “wanted to stay close to home while [she] settles into college life.”
Troup has experienced a successful career so far including playing four years Tier 1 Edmonton Soccer. She won bronze in indoor soccer at the 2016 Artic Winter Games, won U17 Tier 2 gold with the St. Albert Impact Soccer Club in 2018 and won gold in 2018 at the Nike Showcase in Ottawa, Ontario with the St. Albert Impact Soccer Club.
Troup is most excited to join the Wolves because she can’t wait to be “part of a good group of girls that can help me adjust to college life.”
Head Coach, Chris Morgan is looking forward to have recruited some local talent. “Cloë is an assured player who is confident in her abilities. Cloë has good game understanding and is a real team player. We welcome her to the Wolves and we hope she continues growing as a player during her time at GPRC.”
Welcome to the pack, Cloë.
