Dakota Wolstenholme commits to the 2020-21 Wolves Women's Volleyball Program.
Recruitment has begun for the 2020-21 volleyball season. Head Coach Lauren Hale-Miller is excited to begin the process and start adding to the 2020-21 roster.
Starting the recruitment season off is local recruit, Dakota Wolstenholme.
Hailing from Grande Prairie, Alberta, Dakota Wolstenholme is already looking forward to joining the Wolf pack, “I chose GPRC because I grew up watching the College play and was excited at the opportunity to play for them myself.”
Wolstenholme will be joining her older sister, McKenna on the squad next season and is looking forward to some sisterly rivalry with her other sister, Ainsley, who plays for the Keyano Huskies.
“[In my rookie season] I’m excited to learn different aspects of the game of volleyball and to meet new people.”
Wolstenholme is bringing a ton of great experience to the pack including bringing home a Provincial title for the second year in a row this season with her U17 Wolves team. The team also tied for 5th place at Nationals this past season, again, for the second year in a row.
Head Coach, Lauren Hale-Miller is delighted to welcome another Wolstenholme to the squad and kick-off the recruitment season. “Dakota will bring energy and a sense of urgency to our backcourt play. I am thrilled to have this young and willing to learn libero join our roster for the 2020-21 season.”
Welcome to the pack, Dakota!
