Mental Health Services, Indigenous Service & Campus Rec are once again teaming up to build and distribute self-care kits to students. These kits include items and activities that engage each of the 5 senses and provide students with opportunities for relaxation and stress relief during the busy exam season.
Grande Prairie students can pick up a kit from Campus Rec or the on-campus Friendship Centre (B205) between December 2-6, and the Mental Health Services team will be making a special delivery to the HEC on December 4.
Fairview students can pick up a kit in the Atrium during Coffee Room hours from 1:45-3:00 on December 4
As an added bonus, a few special kits contain Golden Tickets with instructions on how to claim additional prizes!
