More About Shasta

Shasta is service driven and passionate about helping people. Starting out, she spent many years in management before finding change in the Medical Office field. In 2012, she found fitness to be a personal life changer and made the leap to pursue becoming a Personal Trainer. Shasta completed her fitness program in Calgary and subsequently owned and operated her own fitness studio, until she relocated to Grande Prairie in 2017.

At this time, she enrolled at NWP and completed the Unit Clerk program (2019) in hopes to apply her skillset in the health industry. A position within Student Service presented itself, and true to nature, she challenged herself to complete her program and work full time. Shasta comes with an abundance of knowledge within Student Service and ultimately found her home with the Financial Aid Team, supporting students in funding their future.
