With a distinguished academic background, Sivagowry holds an LLM from Osgoode Hall Law School and an MA in International Relations from York University. She has worked in the research and coordination role at both Ryerson and York University and has been an adjunct faculty member with the University of Northern British Columbia. Her extensive experience in the research and innovation ecosystem uniquely positions her to lead and expand our applied research programming.
