More About Lorelle
Lorelle Warr has a Bachelor Science in Kinesiology Degree from University of Lethbridge, a Masters in Rehabilitation Science from McMaster University, and a Masters Science in Exercise Science with a clinical focus from Liberty University. Lorelle has the following certifications/professional designations: Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology (CSEP) Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP), CSEP High Performance Specialization, professional Kinesiologist with the Alberta Kinesiology Association (AKA), Alberta Fitness (formerly AFLCA) Trainer in Group Exercise, and Fitness Alberta (formerly AFLCA) Resistance Exercise Leader.
Lorelle has been working as a Kinesiologist in a rehabilitation clinic since 2012. She has been instructing for the Department of Physical Education and Kinesiology at Grande Prairie Regional College since 2016. Lorelle’s goal is to help grow the Kinesiology and Personal Training fields to promote healthy lifestyles and exercise as medicine.
Lorelle currently teachings Introduction to Resistance Training, Introduction to Personal Physical Fitness, Corrective Exercise, Group Exercise Fundamentals, and Statistics, Measurement, and Evaluation.
