More About Carl
Carl Ball has been a Harley-Davidson Technical instructor since 2009, and is a Red Seal Journeyman with fifteen years experience as a Harley-Davidson Technician. He has served as Chair for the Motorcycle and Recreational Powersports department and as Vice President of the GPRC staff association. Carl has taught in the Harley-Davidson 15 week certificate course, as well as the Harley-Davidson factory PHD courses.
