Introduction to Pharmacology (MOA06)
Description
This 15 hour self study course will introduce learners to pharmacology. Upon completion of this course, learners will have a basic understanding of terminology use in pharmacology, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics. Medication administration, classification and drug schedules will be explored. Learners will become familiar with the most common medications used to treat ailments throughout the body systems. A key focus of the course is medication and patient safety.
