New Recruit Jacob Lemire
Recruitment season has kicked off for the 2024-2025 NWP Wolves Men’s Soccer team. Northwestern Polytechnic is pleased to welcome new athletes into inclusive post-secondary sports through the priority of delivering a unique student experience for every wolf-pack member. Head Coach, David Rojas is excited to add recruits to the roster.
Meet Jacob Lemire, a seasoned player from Grande Prairie, Alberta who is excited to join the Wolves Men’s Soccer team for the upcoming year. With his previous experience in the 2022 BC Surf Select 05 Boys team and the 2022 Dallas Cup team, and as the 2018 Alberta Summer Games captain, Jacob is a promising addition to the Wolves.
When asked why he chose NWP, Jacob explained that the promising coach and the presence of many former teammates convinced him to join.
In his rookie year, Jacob is most excited about the opportunity to play for his home team and to contribute his skills to the Wolves.
Head Coach David Rojas is thrilled to work with Jacob, adding, “Jacob is a skillful midfielder. He will be a great addition to the team. I am excited to see him develop and see what he can do for us”.
Welcome to the pack, Jacob.
