Challenge your body with resistance training using bodyweight and dumbbell exercises, combined with some short intervals on a bike, to get your heart pumping. This class is a great way to define and build lean muscle, improve your endurance, and clear your mind before you start your busy day.

The price shown below is for 10 classes. Drop-ins are welcome and cost $10.00, which must be paid at the Fitness Centre Desk before the class begins.
