Our Fairview Campus, located 565 km northwest of Edmonton, offers a variety of accommodations to suit your needs. Dormitory, apartment, townhouse, and family living quarters are available at reasonable rates. You can even opt for a 24-hour quiet building! All units are furnished and some include cooking facilities. There are colour TVs in every apartment and in each block of dormitories. Mailboxes, laundry and a bank machine are close at hand for your convenience. Kick back in front of the big screen TV with your friends in our Notely Square lounge. There's plenty of room for visiting, plus we have pool tables! Pub nights and barbecues are frequent throughout the year!!

Dorm Style Accommodations

Residences contain both cooking and non-cooking facilities. There are six non-cooking dorms; each dorm contains up to 21 single rooms with a shared common lounge area. The non-cooking units contain a colour cable television, pay telephones, two microwaves, kitchen tables and chairs and a kitchen sink. Each bedroom has a small fridge.

There are six cooking dorms; each dorm contains up to 12 single rooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen to be shared among six residents. The lounge areas within each cooking unit are furnished with a colour cable television, pay telephone and a large freezer for additional storage. Each bedroom has a small fridge.

Townhouse Accommodations

There are a total of 16 townhouses within the residence complex. Each townhouse can accommodate four people. These suites are complete with furnished living room, kitchen and bedrooms. All suites contain a freezer, and satellite dish but students must make their own arrangements for satellite service.

Each bedroom has internet hook-up. These four-bedroom townhouses are designated for single student housing and must have no less than four students living in each one. You are encouraged to select your own roommates as the Residence Office will assign new students to the suite should the occupancy decrease to less than four.

Apartment Style Accommodations

There are a total of 22 furnished suites within two apartment buildings (Hemstock and Loggie). One suite is a fully furnished two-bedroom wheelchair accessible suite, the remaining 21 units consist of three-bedroom suites complete with furnished living room, kitchen and bedrooms.

All suites contain a freezer and colour television. You are encouraged to select your own roommates as the Residence Office will assign new students to the suite should the occupancy decrease to less than three.
