Application Requirements
When applying for Residence, you must pay a security deposit before your application is
processed.
ACADEMIC YEAR – September to April
- New to Residence - $200
- Current Residents with a deposit already on file - $50
Note – Cancellations made BEFORE August 1st (first semester) and December 1st (second
semester) will result in the forfeiture of $75 of the security deposit. Cancellations made
AFTER August 1st (first semester) and December 1st (second semester) will result in the
forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
SPRING AND/OR SUMMER – May to August
- New to Residence - $200
- Residents with a deposit already on file - $25
Note – Cancellations made two weeks prior to your stated move-in date will result in the
forfeiture of $75 of the security deposit. Cancellations made less than two weeks before
your stated move-in date will result in the forfeiture of the entire security deposit.
TRADES – January to December
- New to Residence - $200

FAMILY HOUSING
Family housing security deposits are not required in advance. Only those assigned to
family units will be required to pay a $400 security deposit. Residence staff will contact
family applicants directly.
