Thank you, Shell Canada, for your contributions. Your support has enabled us to expand the event's reach, allowing more students to attend.
The Trades and Technology Camp is a hands-on gateway for students in grades 9-12 to experience NWP's skilled trades pathways. It's a fun way to explore a rewarding career path by learning about the work performed by tradespeople and how teamwork contributes to a common goal. Supervisors can attend an information session about the Registered Apprenticeship Program.

Getting Hands-On
With over 50 apprenticeship trades currently operating within Alberta, this camp can give students a varied and hands-on taste of the trades through attending any four of the following sessions:
- Veterinary Technology
- Automotive Service
- Carpentry
- Electrical
- Harley Davidson®
- ThinkBIG Service
- Heavy Equipment Technician
- Instrumentation
- Machinist/Millwright
- Motorcycle Mechanic
- Plumbing/Gasfitting-Steamfitting-Pipefitting
- Welding
