Public Sector Body Compensation Disclosure
Public sector bodies are required to post online the names and compensation paid to:
- all board members
- any employees who earned over $129,809 (2018), $132,924 (2019), $135,317 (2020), $136,805 (2021), $141,183 (2022), or $150,219 (2023)
This is a requirement under the Public Sector Compensation Transparency Act, which applies to:
- agencies, boards and commissions governed by the Alberta Public Agencies Governance Act
- independent officers of the Legislature
- employees of Covenant Health
- other entities identified in the regulations
